The process was first described to me as quick, 3-4 weeks tops. In reality it was 6 weeks start to finish. This is not a negative, just reality. In my case, I believe I was one of the first interviewed, and the last 10 or so days of 6 weeks I spent following up with them. I had to follow-up to receive word that I did not get the position.

The final round required a mock sales pitch, which required significant prep time. You were given access to their platform's sandbox, and were asked to give a 30-40 minute sales pitch to 3 members of their org.
Multiple rounds of meet and greets with people working at various levels of seniority. No tasks to complete, very much focused on expectations of what the role would be like.
