Your review really hit home, the lack of transparency you describe is completely unacceptable and contrary to our company values. I followed up with the hiring managers to see what happened, and they said that there was a breakdown in the communication between the different interviewers involved. I sincerely apologize for this, and the lack of honest feedback you received. On my end, I was extremely impressed with your background and interviews, but the decision came down to a pool of extremely qualified candidates, and a tough decision had to be made.
