Submitted online application and was contacted shortly after to come in for an interview. An Excel test was conducted as well as two in-person interviews. Both went well.

I was contacted via e-mail to come in for an interview, they were accommodating with my work schedule, I was able to go in on my lunch hour. However, I was talking to the receptionist before my interview, and I found out that she was to start on Monday as the new media coordinator---they had already hired someone for the position I was applying for! Furthermore, the woman I interviewed with was extremely rude.
