I had cracked telephonic round as well as f2f round. Expected salary was discussed with me and was told I'll be having an final hangout interview with the people sitting in usa. I also cracked that. Things started getting worst when they offered me 1.5 lakh less than my expectations as I was told earlier I'll get the expected salary. Then they started giving me lollipop of mobile bill and laptop allowance if I use my own things to do office work but it was some 25 thousand. After having multiple rounds of discussion I came to know there will be no work life balance. They can even kick you in the night and get their work done or even on weekends. They try to astray me by saying you can work from whenever you want but theres an hidden agenda which I caught and told them it is not good as I can be told to work any time of day or on holidays too. They try to stress on that they are Google partner but I guess they don't know its not the big thing any individual can become Google partner. As soon as they got feeling that I'm getting aware of their work culture they started me saying you don't meet one of our requirement but still we are going ahead with you, I told them I don't fulfill your requirement then why did they scheduled my interview in the first place and during interview itself I was told it is not necessary that everyone should know everything (related to technology). I would suggest you all to just take their interview get the offer letter from them and don't even think of joining.
