4 steps. Lots of whiteboard stuff and thinking outside the box questions - situations. Industry related questions. Very friendly though. The last steps with senior execs were rather easy and pleasant (they probably had made their decision by then). You must know a lot about their own product if you are applying for Platform Solutions. Personality also counts a lot in order to fit to their culture.
