Test had a certain difficulty level. There was not enough time to complete the test. Should there have been enough time, candidates with proper skill set would not be missed out.

There were three rounds of interviews in total. It started out with a written test which took around 1 to 2 hours to complete. It was online and invigilated, the process was clearly explained and easy to follow. The HR staff was very welcoming and understanding. My test allowed for google searching via the computer (no other devices allowed). After a few (3~5) days, I got a call back that I passed the test and had another round of interviews. It was scheduled around 2-3 days after the call. This round was a practical assessment. I passed and received another call back about my final round. It took another 3-5 days for this whole process. For the final round, I was scheduled to be interviewed by the team leaders. Pretty usual interview questions, very easy to answer if you are well prepared and passionate about the job scope. They went through part of my resumé with me after asking some questions about the job. Some questions were slightly tougher than the others but I think that was due to my slight unpreparedness.
