Long silences and candidates should ask if they have any questions.. team members will be waiting for others teammates to ask something and very poor signal everyone goes in mute and candidate will be confused whether the interview is completed or still a go. Once in a while manager asks the team anyone has any questions to ask. 4 months no response from the company no decency when the candidate took his time to give all the rounds for hours. Just a yes or no would do.
