I had an eight stage interview process with only HR employees from my immediate report to global Directors. After the final stage I received a one paragraph that just said thank you for your interest but we are moving forward with other candidates!! No feedback at all despite asking. I met 12 people from HR and at the end of the process no info at all as to why I didn’t get offered the role. I think it says it all!!
