Did physical testing and panel reviews. Had pretty laid back interviewers, asking about general strengths and weaknesses and why I applied. Dress up. Don't wear jeans. Know your resume. They did not do a skills based test until later in the process. That was a trauma/medical assessment, just like for NREMT in school
