CNO contacted me about an application I had placed for the maternity floor. I came in for the interview and he asked me if I had applied for other positions during the start of our conversation. At the time I had applied for 3 positions. He directly asked me what job would be most ideal for me. I told him I would love to work in the ER. He asked a few background questions, ethical questions and then allowed me to speak with the ER director.

Initial interview is with the direct supervisor and department manager. Afterwords, if they wish to extend an offer to you, you will deal with negotiating pay/etc directly with an HR representative
