I was interviewed at the Fort Wayne office. I was interviewed based on what I put on my resume. The process was quite smooth and seemed to be easy.
The interviewer was bit friendly and helped me set right when I fumbled while answering.

Had a quick conversation in which the job and the salary was discussed. Was moved to a second round and met with two people from the team and passed this. The next rounds would be a take home assignment and review of the assignment with members of the team.
I passed the second round and later in the day they reached out and shared the salary again which had changed to be 30% lower than what was initially discussed despite having spoken about salary in the previous conversation and having all of the requirements and qualifications and doing well in the interview.
Extremely unprofessional and a terrible look for a company so I declined to continue since they were dishonest or unprepared in the initial conversation.

It was a short phone screen and she asked some questions, which were basic and common interview questions. She actually asked if I had questions about the company before she asked me questions, which was a bit strange.
