      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Medics.Academy (Colombo, )

      They have a very long time consuming interview process. Never think about the time of the candidate. Keep on postponing the time and dates they scheduled and agreed for interviews few minutes before the interview. Sometime they don't even bother to inform the candidate that they are getting late for an interview and candidate has to wait until they done with all their work for more than 30 mins. Even the CEO is the same and not very organised. After completing the two stages of interview and an assessment is given by them. They pass to the final interview with the CEO after that if the candidate is successful in two interviews and assessment stage. Only in that point they start to get insights about the salary expectations and notice period. When the CEO feels that he can not afford the salary and when he doesn't like the candidate at the final stage after two good foreign interviewers done with interview which long for an hour (each interview) with good feedback to the candidate through all other stages, even without going through those details properly the CEO provide a totally different feedback due to salary expectations at the end. They really don't care about the other people's time. Their recruitment and selection process is required to be changed soon, otherwise candidates will hear the feedback they should get at the initial stage only at the final interview from their local CEO. That person does not even patient enough to listen to candidates properly.
