You'd think I was applying for a manager level positon with the amount of interviews I had. I interviewed with the managers at two different centers, then an assistant manager, then the Associate Director, then the CEO before I was offered the position. The interviews weren't overly difficult and were fairly standard in questions regarding strengths and whether you would fit into the fast paced and detailed culture.
