The first interview was with the CTO. Very interesting because I made pretty much all the questions and that drove the conversation. I got to know a lot about the product, the team and the culture of the company.
Then I interviewed with some people from the tech team.

After submitting my CV through the Hacker News link, I was scheduled an interview with Christoph, the CTO. We had a long, two hour conversation I which he brought in another colleague as well. Next up was a 4 hour skill test which was tough! But Christoph assured me that it was only a small component of the evaluation process. I moved from the test to a final 2 hour interview with Christoph and Kat (from HR).
