Manager seemed unprofessional. I arrived 15 min early, he finished with the candidate before me, came over introduced himself to me and then took a call from his wife and proceeded to get into an "argument" with her in front of me. He seemed out of it during the interview once it got underway. I realized that I probably would not like working for the company.

Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team".  Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later.  I guess I wasn't young enough.
