The next day they contacted me to schedule an on-site interview. They offered airline tickets or mileage reimbursement, it also included stay at a hotel. The on-site interview consisted of a full day of 1:1 interviews with various VPs and other engineers. The organization is very flat and you get daily interactions with the VPs. They seemed performance driven and understood that great compensation came with long hours/work weeks.
