4 step interview process. First with HR, then division managers, then full day in office meeting 6/7 ppl, then final VP level. Was told they only bring ppl back for 4th they are making an offer too. I didn't make enough eye contact or ask sr management enough questions so I didn't get hired.

Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team". Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later. I guess I wasn't young enough.
