One phone screening, one second round interview, then three final round interviews. All with PMs, and senior leadership. Pretty standard process with behavioral questions and a few business 101 questions. After going through all three phases, I received an email at 1:00AM telling me I was no longer under consideration. No phone call, no elaboration. Not the way an interview process should conclude.

First round was a 30 minute call with a product manager (behavioral questions, gross margin, resume walkthrough). I had a competing offer so after that I was invited for final round, 2 interviews with 2 different directors of different product groups. Asked mainly behavioral questions and about my resume experiences. You don't necessarily need to understand their business but understand how a business can improve margin/revenue, and how to problem solve on your feet.
