This was a Skype interview, for an opening in Dallas, Texas. Very straight forward, basic interview questions. The human resources professional did not actually turn on the camera, so it was a one way video. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very disappointed not to get the offer.

Why did you choose to apply for CRA? In your own words, what is a CRA?
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
