Applied for the CRA position at the end of June and then about a week later was contact saying they wanted to set up a phone interview with me. I did the phone interview the second week in July. The phone interview took about 45 minutes and they asked questions about my resume and also told me a lot about the position so that I could get a good sense on if the job would be a good fit for me as well as if they thought I would be a good fit for the position. Later that same day after the phone interview, they emailed me saying they wanted to set up an in person interview with me as soon as possible. I set up my in person interview for the following week. The in person interview took almost 2 hours. I met with one CRA manager, and then I met with two CRA managers and then met with a person from HR. Each person/group that I met with took about 30 minutes each. I also had to write an essay about the CRA position. During the Interview I was asked about my resume, what qualities I had that would make me a great CRA, as well as, why I thought I was a good fit for the position. After the in person interview it took just over a week to hear back from Medpace. I applied for the CRA position but since I did not have the background to be a CRA they instead offered me a position as a Senior Intern (which is a full-time position with benefits and everything). The Senior Intern position is just a 6 month position so that Medpace can train you to become a CRA. I was offered the position and I accepted and I started less than 2 weeks after I was offered the position.
