I applied online. Had one HR phone screen. A week later had a 2 hour interview session (3 people, 30 minutes each). 1st was Director of UX, 2nd was UX Manager, 3rd was HR. They were all very nice and knew exactly what they needed. The interview was framed as more of a conversation.
