Application The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed via phone, online and onsite at Fifth Settlement office in 2018. Interview This was a job with a team in Web application. There were two phone screens with the HR and Project Manager. Then a Skype technical interview which went peacefully; it was about the technical skills I have, then followed by questions in Design patterns, object oriented programming, HTML, CSS, and Web Services. The technical lead was a decent person. After that, an interview with the HR manager; Mr Sherif at the office. They left me almost one hour waiting for him; seemed unorganized!. It was a fast interview; probably 15-20 mins. Finally, I received the offer few days later however it was below the market average and I think no senior software developer would accept it. I tried to negotiate the salary but they replied one week later and only increased by a little amount so I apologized joining the company. In the end, I can summarize the following: 1. The software project seems promising. 2. The company does not appreciate their candidates and always want a fast response from your side however this is not applicable by their side. 3. Low offered salary.

There was a first interview to ask some general questions and work experience. then there was a technical interview deld online which describes object oriented programming and dot net framework and C# and database. After that there was another technical interview with the team leader in office and it is a technical interview also but the previous was more difficult. last a screening interview with Cairo branch.
