First, I had an interview for another position at Medtronic, but I did not get the job. However, a few weeks later I received a phone call that I could come for an interview for another position where they told me that they were fairly positive about me in the previous interview for the other job. That is why it seemed that they didn't have that much doubt about hiring me, thus during the interview for this other position they told me at the end that they wanted me for it.
