2 phone interviews. One with HR and then the hiring manager. After the decision was made to bring me on site it was a whole day worth of interviews. Met with folks from several departments like Marketing, IT, HR, and R&D (of course!).

The interview was for a Program Manager of Risk Management position in the finance area. I had a phone screen, a one-on-one with the hiring director, and then came on-site to interview with 3 different leaders. Despite repeated follow-ups with the recruiter I was ghosted after the on-site. Extremely disappointing.
