Very simple and straightforward for the first round. Phone interview lasted 20-30 minutes and included questions about my resume and past experiences. They also explained the position more and discussed the possible salary ranges as well.

They were pretty punctual about getting back to me which I appreciated, was hard to find that with a lot of my related interviews. Definitely will want a connection to get in the door but after that its on merit. No particularly challenging interview questions but then again I was up for Engineer I so I was not expected to have experience.
