Unprepared, lacked structure and interviewer not very interested. I travelled a long distance to attend the interview in Dublin, stayed overnight in order to not get stuck in traffic or be late, all costs were paid by myself. Made all the effort, was told I would hear back in a few days, 3 weeks later I receive an email telling me I was unsuccessful, yet after the interview, I was told second stage interviews will be held in a week....
