Extremely focused on behavioral interview questions. Had six people interview me one by one, asking me different forms of the same behavioral questions. The more detail, the better off you are in the interview. Stories are crucial & they grade based on the STAR method so form answers based on that.

4 interviews, first hr, then with vp, manager, last with CEO. there was no practical test at all. the proccess included only theoretical/ thechnical questions. mostly behaviourial and going over your cv.

Tell me about a time you had to analyse a large amount of data from different types sources.
Went very well, first met with the screener, then the hiring manager, then the team I would be working with. The group interview was first one by one, and then all of them at the same time, asking me similar questions.

Medtronic focuses on behavior questions. Many questions asking the interviewee to tell a story about how they reacted in past situations. No technical questions. Nice people and a good interview experience.
