Very long process and often it was if the interviewer (company employee) had other things to do that were more important. Had to go through seven different interviews and a dozen people. Remote interviewer would put me on hold or have to do something else. One in-person interview was almost 30 minutes late and then 15 minutes into the interview his AA came in and then he said he had to leave. Rude. Unprofessional.

Phone interivewed with the Hiring Manager. Was asked 1 week later to come in for a face to face interview to meet with the rest of the team. Interviewed with 4 people. All behavioral based quesitons. After interview followed up with a thank you to each interviewer. Recieved no response from anyone. Followed up with 3 calls and 4 emails to the Hiring Manager, again no response to any form of my communication. 2 months later was called and offered the position. I was still in my job search but declined Medtronic offer
