Discovered position through staffing agency 3 weeks before week of interviews.
I was interviewed alongside 30-40 other candidates. The process was as follows:
> 30-minute introduction to the company and role.
> 15-minute interview with 2 managers within the team.
> 60-minute computer test using microsoft word and microsoft excel

There weren't any truly difficult questions, just typical behavioral questions such as "Give an example of a time when you worked in a team and how you handled a disagreement or roadblock."
Panel Interview process with manager and prospective peers looking to get to know you and establish whether or not you will be a right fit or able to be compatible with the company/team culture.

Huge group of applicants wait in a room until you are 1:1 called by a hiring manager to conduct a small panel interview. After interview you complete an aptitude test via computer.

It composed of multiple managers like a panel interview. One manager asked most of the questions. They were very in depth questions that required relating your background experience to specific scenarios and talking about how your specific skills could be used in certain situations that relate to the position
