Phone Screen Three 50 minute interviews with manager and other regulatory affairs specialists. Was told to accept an official offer the following week but was ghosted despite numerous efforts to follow through.

15 min interview with recruiter then an hour interview with hiring manager then if you are selected for the next round a 30 min interview with a team member you would work with

Why Medtronic, what are my career goals/where I see myself in 10 years.
It was great and smooth. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable to answer the questions and helped me through the process. My hiring manager was also great and asked very thoughtful questions and was vert candid with me on the organization's work culture.
