the interview was pretty fast but covered two main kinds of questions. there were some basic conceptual questions on programming concepts but mostly behavioral questions along with those technical ones.

Colloquio
Was casual, and asked a lot of basic behavioral questions, for example why Medtronic, a time of conflict in teams, what would you like to know more about the company and everything that you should expect when doing a behavioral interview
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Medtronic (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di set 2024
Colloquio
I was reached out to by a recruiter and had about 3 interviews, minus the chat with the recruiter. It was a nice experience. Everyone was really friendly and it felt more like a talk amongst colleagues rather than an interrogation. The technical interview went really well as well. We discussed amongst ourselves for a way to solve the problem. And then I talked about the design of a project I created previously (ALWAYS DO PROJECTS!!! They raise your credibility as a software engineer breaking into tech.)
Was shown around the company and I asked a few questions as well. Overall went really well.

I went to a career fair and talked to a recruiter. They made me a top candidate and never got back after the on-spot interview. They did this with a friend too. Looks like they are bad at following up.
