Colloquio
1. Got an email from hiring manager asking about availability for 30 min phone interview
2. The phone interview was non-technical , there were three people in the panel.they basically explained abt the position . They asked a few behavior based questions
3. Invited me for a two hour onsite interview . There were four members in the interview panel . They were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
4. After the interview , I was taken on tour of the facility.

1. Questions were all based on projects at current job
1st round technical based on the job description, 2nd round was more team based questions, it was relatively straightforward, You have to prepare well, and be ready to discuss your resume in full detail.

Colloquio
HR screen, Hiring manager interview, then 4 one on one interviews with different members of the team. Not very technical for the most part, just talking about experience, skills and abilities.
However after the 4 interviews they ghosted. This is not a good company to work for. Then I did research and read about the frequent annual layoffs that happen in Apr-May each year.
No matter how big a company is ghosting is simply unprofessional. It is a clear sign that the company does not think much of the people they are interviewing. If they truly valued "talent" they wouldn't ghost candidates after both sides have made significant time investment into the process.
