There was 1 interviewer who was the team manager. Qualification and background can be favourable if it's related to knowledge which the current team lacks.

Talk about a time when you've gone the extra mile, and what was achieved?
It was a very dry interview. Interviewers seemed very uninterested and was being forced to interview which made the interview uncomfortable. One interviewer even sighed when it was my turn to ask questions about the role.
