      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 5 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Medtronic (San Francisco, CA) nel mese di lug 2023

      Colloquio

Super lengthy. I get it, they want to get to know you. I did 3 phone interivews (recuriter, hiring manager, supervisor of manager), then an in person interview (at a coffee shop, where I had to pay for parking), then they had me spend a day in the field with one of their people. I took a day off and drove 200 miles for it. They paid for hotel room but not gas. Ridiculous. Then they wanted me to talk on the phone to the division chief. But this whole process so far had taken like 2+ months and I was going to Europe on vacation with my wife. They basically said I needed to do the interview while on vacation or they'd move on.... fine. They said video interview so I brought a suit to europe, only to have the division chief call me while he was driving somewhere between meetings. So I guess I didn't need the suit. The hiring manager had said all along "feedback is super important", so I asked for feedback and the end and got a response of "we have no more information to give". So in conclusion, they ask SO MUCH of their interviewees, which makes me really question their talent evaluation system. It's really disrespectful to employees to have them go out of their way that much to just be like thanks but no thanks at the end. In prep time I seriously spent about 12+ hours of prep time for this.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

They cover everything. They'll test you. They'll give you scenarios. They expect you to know their products. Like specifics, the key advantages compared to competitors. Know the latest clinical data.
