The process was confusing. I had a screening call, completed a video assessment, and was then invited to a phone interview where the next stages were explained in detail. A few days later, I reached out again and was told I hadn’t been shortlisted from the video assessment, which made the phone interview feel misleading. Communication could have been much clearer and better coordinated.
