They are getting employees from reference of employee and other consultant agencies.
They are taking some general skill's regarding computer speed and knowledge and take 2 round interview.
The interview process has minimum three rounds. first round is intro round. We should briefly explain about us in this round. Then the second round is aptitude round. They would test us with psychological question.
