Two rounds of zoom calls. 1st round was the main interview and if I was interested. 2nd round was confirming my interest and describing how the work would be. The interviewers were my direct managers and were upfront about all the challenges involved.

Very quick and easy to finish the interview. Had some fun questions and personal questions to not make it seem like an interview . Had to keep my resume on file for future consideration
