There were no major hiccups during the interview process as it was face-to-face interview during both the rounds. I was selected for the second round and at the end of it was promised an offer letter from the HR who shook hands(acknowledge) with me after the final face to face interview. There wasn't any offer even after 2 days, i called the HR regarding the situation and his excuse being that he forgot to inform me, which i find pretty dubious. HR should be more certain to inform the candidates about the hiring process and not to let them hang on a thread of hope, instead a person would consider giving interviews elsewhere.
