Asked "tell me about a time" questions". Did not ask about prior work experience, skills, etc. I've never had a phone interview before or been asked questions like that. Was totally surprised by both and certainly unprepared. They didn't have the decency to let me know one way or another about the interview results.

3 parts and depends on what store you apply for. Meet with different parts of the management team from outside of the departments. Pretty laid back. Probably the easiestt healthcare organization interview. But it will all depend on what store you apply for
