I was referred to the company through an employee referral. I had an initial phone screening followed by an invitation for an onsite interview where I interviewed with two managers. The overall interview process was very well conducted and they were accommodating to a student's schedule. I received feedback and an offer a few days following my interview.

I met the recruiter at a career fair and scheduled an interview for the following day. It was a 30 minute interview with the same recruiter and another guy. I have not heard back yet about an offer, but they told me it will be about a week.
