The process was the same as other big box stores.. It was an interview using behavioral social questions. Very basic, straightforward.

Describe a time when you worked as a team and the outcome was not what you expected.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Set me a time how you dealt with a difficult customer
Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
