interview process was simple and only took about an hour of my day. went over hours/point system/dress code. i was asked about 10 questions and they hired me right away. i filled out the background information online and got a call the next day that i got the job then came in for orientation which took about 3-4 hours

when was a situation where you showed leadership skills
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.

Met with a department manager. Not the person who was scheduled to do the interview. Most questions were about my availability and work history at a previous employer for a cashier job
