I did a quick phone interview and got called in to come to the store's backroom and wait for my interview with other candidates. The interview was a basic behavior interview and afterward, they sent me to a manager to get an assignment for the job.

Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
