The interview process was a three part process. Each interview was one on one for each of the three interviews. The first interview was about a review of your previous work experience and how your previous work skills can be transferable to the position your applying to. Also during the first interview your are asked 3-4 situational questions and this when they told what I would be making. The second interview went into more deeper about Meijer's philosophy, rules, regulation, and dress attire. The second interview also featured behavior questions (2) and more situational questions (3). The third interview was about your current career goals, talked how Meijer can be flexible with your schedule, and the "why's" of why you want to work for Meijer.
