The “interview” was extremely brief and consisted only of informing me that the company does not hire recent graduates or seniors, preferring to convert interns to full-time roles.
No actual questions were asked, so there was no opportunity to demonstrate skills or experience.
The process could have been handled more professionally via email rather than a live call.
The interviewer asked if I could hear a baseball game, indicating that while the interview was going on he was watching a game. Not professional.

Started with a short test between 2-5 minutes containing generic questions to guage basic skills (my opinion) followed by a manager (one manager) interview then a technical interview (two engineers).
