I interviewed for a Team Lead Developer position with 3 different interviewes. After the interviews, I tried multiple times(at least 5 times) to get a response , but no one answered ,simply disappeared. I sent over 6 messages over a month with replies back such as: "we will get back to you , I'll have answers hopefully next week" Last week, I followed up again, the response was with an absurd excuse—claimeing to have been sick for an entire month. I asked at least tell me something about the process .. anything.. said they will find out what and tell one of someone to call me.. Which also didn't happen !
