The interview process couldn't have been easier. I applied online, and got a call 5 days later asking to set up an interview the next day. All I did was sit down with the manager while he chatted a bit about my availability and what the job is like. I don't have any previous work experience, and he hired me on the spot! The whole process took about 5 minutes.

I talked to the manager for about twenty minute, he read my resume and asked me questions regarding my experience and I received an email later that week stating I had been hired.

I had gone in to drop off a job application, and I had literally just left when my cellphone rang, they said they wanted me to come back for an interview and I was right around the corner so I walked back, I had to sit around for maybe 3 or 4 minutes before the kitchen manager came out, asked me a couple of basic questions and hired me right on the spot, but I will also say they had been open for less than 2 weeks and I always seem to have better luck at places that are just opening or just about to open

I can't remember exactly, the kitchen manager did look over my application pretty thoroughly and ask me a few questions about the place I used to work, but nothing that really sticks out in my memory
