I was recruited at a career fair. All company representatives were very happy and positive about the company. Communications with the company were very professional and clear. They did not lead on at all. The actual interview was intimidating though. My panel of interviewers included the head of engineering and the CEO. That said, everyone present was very personable and minimized the pressure.

Their biggest focus was on Inventor skills. The position is 95% machine drawings, so they were really only concerned with my skill in 3D modeling, specifically Inventor.

Called in for an interview after college career fair. Interviewed a week or so later after receiving the call. Interviewers were a Senior Mechanical engineer and Engineering manager. Process was easy and the people were nice. It is a two step interview process
