A recruiter initially reached out to me via Direct Message, the first interview was polite and attention to the process was promised. Then I had a meeting scheduled to meet with the direct client, however, it was a no-show, when I tried to get back in touch with the recruiter, he took 3 weeks to answer and offered to schedule again (with no apology on the delay), the second interview was scheduled and was also a no-show from the employer's end, then total silence
