Was originally interviewed by recruiter and had a great interview then on the second round I was told after the time had passed and I was sitting on the google meet for 15 minutes, the recruiter informed me that she needed to reschedule due to a personal conflict. Once rescheduled, the interview with the hiring manager went well and she pushed me forward to meeting with the director on Friday and the next email I received was a rejection email instead. Very confused and they were incredibly unorganized.
